Nothing but good things to say about this company. A hail storm went through my neighborhood in May 2025 and totaled my roof along with hundreds of other people in my neighborhood. I contacted four different roofing companies -- one of them completely ghosted me and one of them outright lied about showing up (my ring camera says otherwise). Advanced Roofing and Construction and one other company were the only ones that actually did show up on time. The other company was very pushy and aggressive with trying to get me to sign a contract after the initial inspection. So right off the bat, my experience with Advanced Roofing was better than their competition. For the actual roof work itself, it was a smooth operation from start to finish. I talked primarily with Dereck from the beginning. He met up with my insurance adjuster, scheduled the actual roof installation, and was my general POC the whole time. He was very quick to respond to any of my questions/concerns throughout the entire process. The actual roofing crew themselves showed up exactly when they were scheduled to and worked HARD from pretty much sunrise to sunset for about three days. I was a little worried about the debris but after the third day, they absolutely cleaned everything up spotless. To date, I have found a ground total of one roofing nail that they missed. After the roof was installed, they also came out to install gutters. I had a similar situation with the gutter install -- quick, on time, and fully did everything. After all was said and done, there were a few areas that I had concerns about, but a quick text to Dereck and he had some folks come out and address it with no questions asked. The entire time I spoke with the company, they insisted that I don't fully pay them until I was 100% satisfied with their work. Highly recommend this company for roofing, gutters, and siding repair.
