We had filed an insurance claim on our roof due to storm damage but did not have a roofing company picked out yet. Our neighbor had recently had his roof replaced due to storm damage as well and his new roof looked phenomenal so my husband asked what company he used. He highly recommended Project Manager Brandon with Advanced Roofing and Construction. We then contacted Brandon and told him about our roof/insurance claim and he came to our house a few days later to do a full roof inspection. While inspecting our roof, he pointed out substantial damage to our gutters as well. Brandon was very honest, professional, knowledgeable, and explained step by step as to how the entire process works. At first, our insurance company was trying to only do a repair instead of a full roof replacement but Brandon was able to talk to them and get us a full replacement after all. The crew showed up on time and only took one day to replace our roof. Brandon was on site most of the time as well to make sure everything was running smoothly. We are so happy with our roof and we highly recommend Project Manager Brandon with Advanced Roofing and Construction for any of your roofing/gutter needs! I have dealt with several roofing companies on various occasions and this was by far the best experience. 5 out of 5 stars all day long! Advanced Roofing replaced my roof that was leaking due to old age/wind damage. I was under the impression that a piece of decking was going to be replaced during the roof replacement process. When the roof was finished and I noticed the decking was not replaced, I mentioned it to Clyde. He told me he would make sure that sheet of decking was replaced even if it meant the roofing crew had to pull all the shingles back up to do it. Ultimately, the job suffered from delays due to weather, COVID, and changes in production managers, but Clyde made sure I was taken care of and happy throughout the whole process. I am very satisfied with the quality of work with the finished roof.

Rusty came out the very next day after I called and had a competitive estimate to us within 24 hours. The crew worked (literally) from sunrise to sunset and completed the roof replacement in two days. I think they only took a lunch break each day. Quality appears to be excellent and they were quick to address the one or two minor questions we brought up. Certainly as good as any company we’ve worked with and far better than most. Fast, professional, friendly, definitely a great experience. Had a few spots to repair found in a roof inspection. I called and spoke with Angela. She was able to work with me on the phone to get a quote and get scheduled. Mike came out the next day and got it all done in 20 minutes! Mike gave me a heads up when he was on his way. Brandon, the owner, took the time to talk with me to explain the knowledge I needed to make the best decision on installing powered roof vents. Brandon and Angela worked back and forth to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. A few days later, Mike and his crewman came out to the house and had the old ridge vents covered up and two new powered vents installed in just about an hour. These guys are PROS!
